Monthly Support Plans
Flexible monthly support with reserved hours and clear services. Base plans include companionship, light housekeeping, errands time and pet support. Plus plans include the services stated on their cards. Purchases, materials and mileage remain separate charges. Handyman work is separate unless included in the selected plan. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Booking, Cancellation and Plan Policies
Booking requests are not confirmed until Helping Hands provides written confirmation of availability, timing and price.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a confirmed visit have no cancellation charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service time, capped at two hours.
- A no-show or inability to access the home at the confirmed time may be charged for scheduled time, capped at two hours.
- If Helping Hands cancels, the client may reschedule or receive a credit or refund for the affected prepaid time.
- Monthly plan hours are valid for the applicable billing month and do not roll over, except hours affected by a Helping Hands cancellation.
- Clients may cancel a monthly plan before the next billing cycle. Any refund for unused prepaid hours will be calculated after deducting completed services at the standard hourly rate and subject to applicable Ontario law.
